These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Save Aid Project website and your donations made through it. By using this website or making a donation, you agree to these terms.

Donations

All donations are voluntary and, once processed, are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion in cases of clear error. Donations are processed securely through Paystack; Save Aid Project does not store your card or mobile money details.

Use of Funds

Donations to a specific cause (such as Ramadan food packs, Eid-ul Adha, education, or construction) will be applied to that cause where possible. If a cause is fully funded or no longer needed, we reserve the right to redirect remaining funds to a similar program in the spirit of the original donation.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images and the Save Aid Project logo, is the property of Save Aid Project unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Save Aid Project makes reasonable efforts to keep this website accurate and available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
